LG Fashion Week in Toronto is gearing up with shows offsite and on. This season, I am doing watercolour pencil sketches on 4×6 postcards at all the shows I am invited to. After an intense performance electronic violinist, the Costa Pavlou men came down the runway at Ultra.  Costa Pavlou is a stylist launching his first season as a designer, and he showed tough jackets, soft nubby grey tweeds, and mod trousers.  All invoking a controlled cool that contrasts with a very warm, friendly designer who was obviously enjoying his first turn on the runway.
