tfbb VII

This was our biggest brunch yet – roll call:

Samra Habib of Rouge

Hilary George-Parkin of Static Fashion

Carolyn Rohaly of the official TFI Blog

Nathalie Atkinson of the National Post

Kate Trgovac of My Name is Kate

Marissa Liu of Yo Porro

Tiffanie Ing of Toronto Street Fashion

Gail McInnes of the Plutino Group

Zaigham Zulqernain of the Week of Style

Anita Clarke of I want – I got

Henna Singh of Canadian Beauty

Eden Spodek of Bargainista

Andrew Sardone of Now Magazine

Adrian Corsin of Fashion Verbatim

Plus readers, friends… and me.

Brassaii has a great space, brunch was very tasty and our waiter Liam treated us very well.

Topics of conversation went in all directions at once – fashion related Rock’n’Roll, Tiff’s trip to NY, the Week of Style, Fashion Cares, Sarah Polley’s film festival wardrobe, the most preposterous propositions in our inbox, what makes a good review… and how Toronto will be so tasteless without Adrian.

    1. Hey Danielle,
It was great seeing you and the rest of the group, extended family and newcomers today. Next time, I’m going to make sure Brassaii agrees to separate bills upfront or I’ll find us a new venue.

    5. Agreed, thoroughly enjoyed it as always. Joelle, you’re welcome to come too.

Love the photo by Anita, it’s a little bit last-supperish.

      See you at #8.

    9. Sonja – was that at Aveda? They called me but I couldn’t miss this Brunch even for new hair. Besides, my old Aveda cut is still looking very nice. They do nice hair. Look forward to seeing yours =)

    11. joelle,

It was pretty much panned across the board. I’ve linked to almost everyone I think in my blogTO post.

If I haven’t linked to anyone, please let me know.

    12. […] what I will say is that I am both ecstatic and proud of Adrian, even though I have never actually met him..(we talked on the phone a few times..teehee)…he was the first (but not the only) out of the TFB to be open and support the TWOS when even the more traditional media wouldn’t even take my calls…(respect to Nathalie Atkinson who I know has shown love to the TFB by attending their brunches) […]
